Tailorluxe currently delivers to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. -

Standard shipping is completely free — there are no costs passed on to the customer. -

1. Delivery Regions
At Tailorluxe, our shipping service is currently available only within the UK. While we do not yet support international delivery, we plan to expand our reach to additional countries soon.
2. Eligible Items
Our shipping terms apply to every product available in our shop. Each item is packed securely and handled with care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
3. Delivery Addresses
We ship directly to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to parcel lockers or collection points at this time.
4. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next working day.
5. Processing & Handling Time
Once your order is received, we aim to prepare it for dispatch within 1–2 business days. This includes order confirmation, inspection, and packaging.
6. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, your parcel will usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Please allow for possible delays during public holidays or busy seasonal periods.

7. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping across the UK — no hidden costs or extra packaging fees apply.
8. Changing Your Address
Need to update your shipping details after checkout? Please email info@tailorluxe.uk right away. We’ll do our best to amend your order, but changes aren’t guaranteed once it's been processed or shipped.
9. Failed Deliveries
If your parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refused delivery, or missed collection, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping and return handling.
10. Import Duties and Taxes
Because we only ship within the United Kingdom, no import fees or customs duties apply. Once we expand internationally, detailed tax information will be provided accordingly.
