Shipping Information – Tailorluxe
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Naturally, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we’ve chosen to package items in specific quantities. Once the minimum amount is reached, the entire order is shipped in a single batch from our supplier. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to help us create a better and healthier world!
Delivery
Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time , it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat)
Shipping time: 3–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

After placing your order, you’ll be able to see when your parcel is expected to arrive once it's been processed. You’ll receive a personal tracking code via email, which allows you to track your order using our Track & Trace app. Click on the app to track your parcel.
Always Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order value.
Lost Package?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with the following details:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photo evidence
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team.
All claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or compensation without visual proof reviewed by a member of our support team.
Import Fees
In some cases, customs may inspect the parcel being delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to changes in regulations as of 1 July 2021, this is beyond our control. In rare cases (around 1%), customs may apply a small import fee. If this happens, feel free to contact us.
Not Home at the Time of Delivery or Missed Collection
If a parcel is delivered to your door or a post collection point, Tailorluxe covers the shipping costs. However, if the parcel is not accepted or not collected, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct £30 from the total refund amount.
Why is my tracking number not working?
In some cases, the shipping provider may need 1–2 business days to update the location of the package. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such situations.
