How long does delivery take?
Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time , it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sat)
Shipping time: 3–8 days (Mon–Sat)
At Tailorluxe, we are committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Instead of shipping small individual orders every day, we group orders together and dispatch them once a minimum threshold is met. This approach reduces our environmental footprint, and we appreciate your understanding as we work together towards a healthier future.
What is your return policy?
Would you like to return an order? Maybe the product didn't meet your expectations, or you have another reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your location to our return address.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tailorluxe.uk . We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item, provided the item is in perfect condition.
Can I cancel my order?
We reserve the right to approve or reject an order at our own discretion, even after confirmation or payment authorization.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be cancelled.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong, missing, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the products, and any relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Is my online order secure?
Yes. When placing an order with a credit card, it is processed on an SSL-encrypted website and securely forwarded to our payment provider for authorization. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping.
Where is my package?
Once your package has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking notification. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each one.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
It may take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the correct one.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@tailorluxe.uk . We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s shipped.
