Returns at a Glance

  • Region: Returns and exchanges are currently available only for customers within the United Kingdom.
  • Eligible Items: Both faulty and non-faulty items can be returned as long as they’re in original, unused condition.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are charged.

  • Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. Who Can Return and When

At Tailorluxe, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your item, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Currently, this policy applies only to UK-based customers.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and include any accessories. Used or damaged items may receive only a partial refund.

2. Return Shipping and Method

Returns are handled via mail only. For items that are not faulty, the customer covers the return postage. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return address by email.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused condition, returned in their original packaging with all components intact.
Items received in a used or damaged condition may be subject to a deduction from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to process exchanges for customers in the UK. Please follow the return process for your original order. Once it has been received and inspected, you may place a new order for your desired item.
If the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement.

5. Refund Timelines

After your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method.
We will email you once the refund has been processed. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

6. No Restocking Fees

Tailorluxe does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
However, for returned items that are used, damaged, or missing accessories, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

7. Undelivered or Refused Orders

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you may be liable for both the return and re-delivery shipping charges.
Please make sure all delivery details are correct before placing your order.

8. International Orders & Import Duties

This policy currently applies to UK orders only. We plan to expand our return policy internationally soon.
For customers outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility and non-refundable.

9. Updating Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your delivery address after ordering, contact us promptly at info@tailorluxe.uk.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes might not be possible once your order has been processed.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no need to provide a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Please ensure you also include proof of purchase.
