As soon as you send your first email to our customer service team regarding a return, your request will be processed. Due to a high volume of inquiries, it may not always be possible to respond immediately. There is no need to send multiple emails — your request will be handled as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours and are happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Would you like to return an order? Maybe the product didn’t meet your expectations, or you no longer want to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. You are responsible for the cost of returning the package from your location to our return address.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps:

1. Request a return form
Email info@tailorluxe.uk and request the return form. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return. We’ll process your request as soon as possible and provide instructions on how to return the item.

2. Return the item
Send the item along with the completed return form to the address provided. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any confusion.

3. Receive your refund
Once we receive the package, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Return Conditions and Guidelines

Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, hygiene products cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@tailorluxe.uk and include your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send your package. Since our products come directly from our supplier, all returns must be sent directly back to them.
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Why can’t underwear, masks, hygiene or beauty products be returned?

These are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and safety very seriously and do not accept returns of these items to protect our customers. This policy is common among other retailers of similar products.

My item is damaged or defective — what should I do?

To help you as quickly as possible, please send us clear photos showing the damage or defect. The best images are taken on a flat surface with good lighting and clearly show the product and issue. We use this information to support you and improve future quality control.

I received the wrong product — what now?

We do our best to fulfill every order correctly, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, we’ll correct it and send you the correct item at no extra cost. Contact our customer service for help.
